INTRODUCTION

Over the last few years, Montenegro has become the new superyacht hotspot of the Mediterranean. Its outstanding natural beauty, yacht-friendly tax and legislation benefits, and rapidly growing infrastructure make it an ideal destination for yachts of any size.

The MYBA Pop-Up Superyacht Show is a new B2B superyacht event 8th – 10th September), bringing together international brokers, agents and yachts to discover the developing infrastructure and exceptional cruising grounds of Montenegro and the surrounding region.

BROKERS

Open to international sales brokers, charter brokers and yacht managers, with all registrations pre-approved by MYBA and Porto Montenegro to ensure quality of the event. MYBA Members, YACHTFOLIO subscribers, MYBA E-Contract subscribers and attendees of the last two editions of the MYBA Charter Show will receive automatic approval, brokers outside of these categories, will need to submit details of their company and references.

 

Registration fee: €150 + VAT
All applications received before 3rd of August will receive a 50% discount on the fee.

 

 

Once a Broker has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable. Broker registration may be transferred to another broker within the same company free of charge by contacting info@mybapopupshow.com  until August 3, 2017. After this date, registrations can only be transferred between brokers at the registration desk upon arrival. This applies only to pre-accepted brokers. Review full terms and conditions.

YACHTS

Open to all commercially registered yachts 20m LOA and under 4 years. All yachts will be pre-approved by MYBA and Porto Montenegro to ensure quality of the event. Yachts represented by MYBA Members or YACHTFOLIO, or which have attended the MYBA Charter Show in the last 2 years will receive automatic approval. Yachts older than 4 years old, not listed for sale or charter with a MYBA Member Company or YACHTFOLIO subscribed company, or which haven’t attended the MYBA Charter Show in the last 2 years, will require a reference from a MYBA Member or YACHTFOLIO subscriber, who has inspected or chartered the yacht in the last 2 years. Multi-hull yachts of less than 20m LOA may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Registration fee: €500 + VAT
All participating yachts will receive a 25% discount on berth rates during the event. Yachts which register after the 31st August may be subject to purchasing a vignette for the event.

 

All yachts should register by August 3, 2017. Once a Yacht has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable, however, a full refund will be offered to registered yachts if a charter is subsequently booked to take place during the period of the show, on production of a signed MYBA E-Contract and proof of payment of the deposit. Agents, Suppliers and Services

Non-exhibiting Vendors including agents, suppliers and services can only register two show participants from each company and attendance at the show is subject to the final approval of the Organisation Committee.

PRESS

Entry is strictly by invitation only and official press credentials will be required. There is no charge for press, however it is necessary to register in order to obtain the relevant passes to the event.
